In view of formal defects in the writ petition, as prayed for, liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and file afresh in accordance with law, if so advised.

In view of the above, W.P.A. No. 26196 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
