In the matter of : Sadananda Garai @ Sadai Garai .......petitioner The revisional application was preferred pursuant to the notice under Section 107/111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure issued by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Suri in connection with Sainthia Police Station NCR No. 667 of 2012 dated 31.7.2012 under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the nature of issues involved in the proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and time limitations involved in such proceedings, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage. Accordingly, CRR 3406 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
