1. The order passed by the Court on 9th April, 2024 has not been complied with till date. The contemnor Ms. Fidi Murmu, Pradhan, Nilda Gram Panchayat, Mohanpur, Paschim Medinipur is personally present in Court.

2. Learned advocate representing the contemnor seeks extension of time for complying the direction passed by the Court.

3. Hearing of contempt application stands adjourned till 19th of March, 2026.

4. An affidavit of compliance shall be prepared and circulated by 12th March, 2026.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to file exception to the affidavit of compliance prior to the adjourned date.

6. Personal appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with for the time being.
