2. Learned Counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if prayer -a) to the writ application is allowed.

3. Prayer-a) of the writ application is to the effect that the respondent be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23/25.09.2025 (Annexure 'P-9') for appointment of FPS Dealership at Shankijahan under Gopalgunj Gram

Panchayat within the District of South 24-Parganas.

4. The petitioner's grievance is that his application for FPS License has been rejected without giving any reasons.

5. On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.4, being the District Controller (Food & Supply), South 24Parganas shall dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 23/25.09.2025, within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, on hearing the parties, by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

6. The writ application is disposed of.

7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to

the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
