.......petitioners Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sandip Chakraborty....for the State The revisional application was preferred for challenging the proceedings arising out of Chakulia Police Station case no. 134 of 2012 under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner approached this court when the investigation commenced and the only issue raised by the petitioner was that similar case under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code was initiated against the accused persons.

Records of the revisional application reflects that on 3.10.2012, a coordinate bench of this court was pleased to grant an interim order in respect of the said case till 7th January, 2013. The said interim order was never extended as none appeared for the petitioners and for the State. Mr. Ganguly, was directed to appear for rendering his assistance to the court. His appointment may be regularised. Having regard to the outcome of the investigation not being reported to this court and the interim order being not extended after 7th January, 2013. I am of the considered opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, CRR 3413 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
