Petitioner has approached this Court at the M/L. No.222 Rakib relevant point of time as he was apprehending that he may be implicated in connection with a case of abetment for suicide.

However till date petitioner has no information such a case has been registered and/or the petitioner is wanted in connection with such case. As none appears on behalf of the State Mr. K.J. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State with a junior of his choice. Their appointments may be regularized by the concerned authorities. In view of the contention advanced by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that at this stage there is no cause of action for interference. If situation so demands, petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26204 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
