And In Re : Saradindu Roy ...... petitioner Mr. Tanmoy Basu Mr. Arun Shaw ....for the petitioner Mr. S. S. Imam Mr. R. Jana ....for the State There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the illegal sale of an antique without the consent of all the co-owners.

One of the accused is in custody.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5427 of 2022 is dismissed.
