1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the writ petitioner has been fully redressed.

Indranil Roy, learned Counsel representing the State has produced a report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Falta Police Station date 17th November, 2023 and has submitted that after completion of investigation and considering all the available evidence and the statement of the witnesses, no charge could be found against the FIR named alleged Ayush Singh.

3. We have been informed that the final report as mistake of fact has been filed.

The said report is accepted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the fact that the minor has been recovered and there has been a satisfactory investigation report, we dispose of this writ petition on the basis of the report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge regarding recovery and that no offence has been committed by Ayush Singh, FIR named person.

5. The report dated 17th November, 2023 is taken on record.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed.

7. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
