The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for setting aside the order dated 29th September, 2022 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas in connection with the Misc. Case No. 12 of 2022 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the petitioner.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides.

The present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 4259 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
