For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing of the application is condoned. 3.

Sufficient grounds are available to explain the absence of the writ petitioner on 10th August, 2022. 5.

The order dated 10th August, 2022 is recalled. 6.

The writ petition is hence restored to its original file and number.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 is allowed.

In Re.: WPA 20362 of 2009 8.

Pursuant to an interim order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 27th November, 2009, the petitioner was allowed to sit in the interview and affidavits were called.

In the affidavit-in-opposition, the respondents have said that since the petitioner was not sponsored by the Employment Exchange, she was not entitled to participate in the recruitment process.

It further appears that the recruitment process in the year 2009 was abandoned and held in the year 2011. 11.

The counsel for the petitioner is not able to apprise to this Court as to whether the writ petitioner participated in the recruitment process of the year 2011 or not.

The instant writ petition has, therefore, become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
