1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner challenges the acts of commission and/or omission of the respondent no. 2 in not disposing of an application under Section 14 of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, the said Act), filed sometime in 04.06.2025.

3. Ms. Mazumdar, learned Advocate representing the State submits that the District Magistrate had asked for the requisites as required under Section 14(1) of the said Act to enable him to pass necessary orders on the applications. Such requisites have not been provided by the petitionerBank.

4. Mr. Biswas, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, states that all such requisites have been produced and presented before the respondent no. 2.

5. The respondent no. 2 is directed to verify the documents and requisites as sought for by him and as mandated under Section 14 of the said Act, by 02.12.2025. The respondent no. 2 is further directed to consider and dispose of the application pending since 04.06.2025 under Section 14 of the said Act within a period of two weeks from 02.12.2025 and intimate the order to the petitioner.

6. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 25850 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. (REETOBROTO KUMAR MITRA, J.)
