1. Let affidavit-of-service filed in Court be kept on record.

2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the continued inaction of the respondent no. 2 in not disposing of the application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act"), which has been pending since July 11, 2025.

3. However, Mr. Biswas, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, submits that after filing of the instant writ petition, the respondent no. 2 has

carried out the verification of the documents on November 19, 2025, which has been completed.

4. Mr. Sengupta, learned Advocate appearing for the State, disputes such contention and submits that as per the instructions, the verification of the documents as mandated under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has not yet been completed.

5. The respondent no. 2 is directed to complete the entire process and dispose of the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, positively by December 10, 2025.

6. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with the aforestated direction.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted.

9.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
