Pursuant to the earlier direction dated 05.02.2025, the Inspector-in-charge of New Town Police Station has submitted a report which reflects that on 24.02.2025 the DNA Examination report was received from the Director- cum- Senior Chemical Examiner, Forensic Science Laboratory, Government of West Bengal.

The said profiling report has been sent to the learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Barasat on 25.02.2025.

Having considered the steps taken

and the investigation has already been concluded, the learned Special Court would take steps in accordance with the time schedule specified under the POCSO Act.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25869 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
