...for the State We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. After hearing the learned Advocates and being satisfied with the reasons seeking relaxation of bail, the conditions "the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week while on bail until further orders and that the petitioner shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date" are modified to this extent that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer of Amdanga Police Station once in a month and he shall attend before the learned trial court on all the dates of hearing. If the petitioner fails to appear before the learned trial court on any of the dates, the learned trial judge will be at liberty to cancel the bail. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
