Learned counsel for the parties submit before this Court that the account of the petitioner has been 'de-freezed'.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors hands over a bank statement which shows that although substantially the entire amount, as directed by the court, has been credited to the account of the petitioner, only a paltry sum of Rs.219.49 p. is yet to be withdrawn by the petitioner.

As such, it transpires that the order of this Court has been complied with and the act of contempt, if any, stands purged.

Accordingly, CPAN 1691 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.
