It appears that M/s. Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd. is the petitioner while instruction is given from one Subhankar Shaw of Indusind Bank Limited, Kolkata According to Mr. Mitra M/s. Ashok Leyland Finance Limited has been renamed as Indusind Bank Limited . I have no reason to refrain myself from acting upon such submission made by an Officer of the Court. Therefore, taking into consideration the instruction made by the petitioner , I am inclined to dispose of the application as withdrawn. All interim orders, if any, stand dismissed and application, if any, is disposed of . A copy of the instruction is taken on record.
