Petitioner submits he is in custody for 325 days. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of co-accused had been rejected earlier on merits. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the said coaccused. 4.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
