The appellants are not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellants. The appellants were also not represented on the earlier occasion as appear from the order dated 18th December, 2024.

This appeal is arising out of an order dated 25th September, 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Serampore, Hooghly in Title Suit No.277 of 2023, by which the interim order was vacated on that date as the plaintiffs did not file any application for extension of interim order. It appears that the plaintiffs have filed an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure that is pending since 11th February, 2025.

The appeal is disposed of by directing the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Serampore, Hooghly to dispose of the said application in the event the said application is pending and the prayer for restoration of the injunction is also pending, within a reasonable time after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties. 4.

We made it clear that we have not gone into the merits of case.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
