On November 24, 2022, a claim was made that the defacto complainant returned to her matrimonial home and was residing there peacefully. In view of such claim being made, a report was called for.

The report dated November 26, 2022 states that the de facto complainant is not residing at her matrimonial home. In fact, she is in her paternal home from February 20,2022. The petitioners deliberately made a false statement in Court through their advocate, knowing such statement to be false.

That being the conduct of the petitioners, the need for immediate custodial interrogation of all the petitioners stands emphasized.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5432 of 2022 is dismissed.
