Mr. Koushik Kundu ... ...For the State The police case is dated November 19, 2021. There is an issue of long absconsion. There is also subsisting an interim order dated October 18, 2023.

It is submitted at the Bar that such interim order was passed in view of the ensuing into Puja Vacation without consulting with the materials in the case diary. Issue of absonsion remains. Moreover, materials in the case diary implicate the petitioners in the allegations. In such circumstances, we are unable to confirm the interim order dated October 18, 2023 or grant anticipatory bail to any of the petitioners.

Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
