The petitioner claims that the private respondent has not returned a vehicle delivered to him.

It appears that the vehicle was purchased by the petitioner under hypothecation and finance from the respondent no. 4.

The private respondent claims to have paid EMIs over a period of five years.

The value of the vehicle has come down.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent is purely civil in nature and appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out by the parties.

The Police have no role to play in the matter. 7.

Report of the Police is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.
