akb Ms. Soma Roy Chaowdhury ...For the Respondents This matter has come up at the instance of the learned Advocate for the respondents pointing out some inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated September 02, 2021 and September 16, 2021, which are corrected as under :- 1.

The phrase "State of West Bengal & Ors."

appearing in the 'cause title' portion of the said order be substituted by the phrase "Union of India & Ors.".

The name of the learned Advocate "Ms. Soma Roy Chowdhury ... For the Respondents" be inserted just after the cause title of the said orders dated September 02, and September 16, 2021.

The order dated September 02, 2021 and September 16, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated September 02, 2021 and September 16, 2021.

Certified copy of the order dated September 02, 2021 and September 16, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
