Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representation addressed to Cyber Police Station, D.D.

dated 27.09.2024 was not considered.

Petitioner's main grievance was in relation to the clients of the petitioner being threatened at the Port area for which information was submitted along with a live debate being shown in respect of her personal affairs which has affected her dignity. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that he has not apprised this Court as to whether any steps have been taken in respect of the accusations. Consequently, I direct that if the petitioner has materials in her custody, she would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the accusations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 26170 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
