Mr. Anjan Bhattacharjee accompanied by Ms. Anita Shaw, learned advocates appeared for the petitioners. Mr. Aman Agarwal, learned advocate appears for the opposite parties. The matter is listed today. It is submitted on behalf of the opposite parties that fresh copy of the application of revision may be handed over to the learned advocate for the opposite parties.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite parties. Learned advocates for the petitioners submit that present revisional application was preferred for transfer of Misc. Case No. 31 of 2019 under the P.W.D.V. Act from the Court at Siliguri to any other competent Court within the District and Sessions Division of North 24-Parganas, Barasat. Learned Advocate for the petitioners drew my attention to server copy of the order dated 25.6.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Transfer Petition (Crimal) Nos. 63-65 of 2020 and Transfer

Petition (Civil) Nos. 161-162 of 2020 wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court inter alia directed that in respect of all other criminal cases, the trial may continue in Siliguri, West Bengal.

However, the statement of the petitioners shall be recorded through the medium of video conference. The petition for transfer was disposed of with such liberty.

Since Criminal Case No. 31 of 2019 was a subject matter of the application for transfer, the matter has been put to rest by the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and there is no scope for this Court to make any modification in respect of the terms and conditions thereof.

Accordingly, the criminal revision being C.R.R. 3687 of 2019 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
