Mr. Goutam Malik, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that due to unavoidable circumstances the costs of Rs. 10,000/- directed to be deposited vide order dated February 27, 2023 could not be deposited within the time stipulated in the said order.

He prays extension of time.

Time to deposit such costs is extended for a further period of seven days from date.
