It appears from the reports that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 12th November, 2025 as well as the judgment delivered by the learned trial Court on 19th November, 2022, the dead body was removed and handed over to the police authority who, in turn, handed over the same to the family members of the deceased.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing further remains to be dealt with in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. However, the police authority shall keep strict vigil in the area so that similar incident is not repeated and there is no breach of peace and tranquility therein. This Court records special note of appreciation for the cooperation extended by the Special Officer in dealing with the present issue.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
