The petitioner seeks relief that his application dated September 1, 2024 for grant of permit be considered by the respondent authority.

Previously also the petitioner applied for permit and was granted 'offer letter' on April 6, 2023. However, the petitioner having not been able to comply with the conditions thereof, the specified time limit of the offer letter, has expired. The offer letter as above in favour of the petitioner was cancelled.

Thereafter, the petitioner applied afresh for grant of permit online, on September 1, 2024. He seeks an order that the respondent authority be directed to consider his application as above.

Mr. Nayak, learned advocate is representing the State respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is found proper to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.

2, to consider the petitioner's application (online) dated September 1, 2024, for grant of permit, in its next Board meeting, to be held for considering applications for grant of permit.

The resolution thereof may be communicated to the petitioner within a week from the date of the meeting. The writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavits are called for, the allegations made in the writ petition, are deemed to be denied. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
