He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits date has been fixed for consideration of charge. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was one of the persons who was present at the spot when the victim was assaulted resulting in his death. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances and as matter has been fixed for consideration of charge, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Trial court is direct to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest and in the event charge is framed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year from the date of framing of charge without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
