Allegedly, an order of this Court dated 13th November, 2024, in WPA 26059 of 2024, has been willfully and deliberately violated by the alleged contemnor.

Mr. Nandi, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the copy of the order has been duly served upon the alleged contemnor and received in his office.

It appears that neither the order has yet been complied with nor the alleged contemnor is represented in Court today.

It is directed that the copy of the application be immediately served upon the alleged contemnor and affidavit of service be filed on the next date. Let this matter be adjourned today and listed on 24th March, 2025.
