This writ petition was instituted seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to quash the selection process initiated in the year 2010 to fill up the post of accountant as well as other non-teaching staff of Bandwan Mahavidyalaya. The selection process was undertaking in 2010.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
