The subject matter of the revisional application relates to a challenge in respect of the FIR and the subsequent proceedings of Kalitala Ashuti P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023 dated 10.2.2023.

The enclosures to the revisional application reflects that only the charge-sheet has been enclosed along with the other documents but none of the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. have been enclosed.

Accordingly, I am of the view that the revisional application is premature at the stage when it was preferred. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the issues at the stage of consideration of charges before the ld. Trial court. No interference is made at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4232 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
