Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not intend to pursue the present writ petition for which the same was filed particularly as the charge sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted in connection with Netaji Nagar P.S. Case no. 94 dated 15th May, 2023. Petitioner would be at liberty to take further steps before the jurisdictional Court in accordance with law. Accordingly, WPA 26181 of 2024 is dismissed as 'withdrawn'.
