I have considered the cause of grievance of the present petitioner including the factum of enforcing the order of the Executive Magistrate by the police authorities. Having regard to the nature of the dispute complained of and the time period which has lapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that no interference of this Court is called for, as no cause of action survives.

Accordingly, WPA 22573 of is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
