Petitioners complain that in spite of order passed in Title Suit No. 107 of 2024 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Court, Katwa, the private respondents are violating the order and pursuing their illegal activities.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the private respondents submits that another case being T.S. No. 56 of 2024 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Court, Katwa.

Both the parties are before the Civil Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that number of cases are pending between the parties. Strict vigil has already been there at the locale. Situation present is peaceful as has been reported by the Inspectorin-charge, Ketugram P.S. Having considered the submission advanced by the petitioners, private respondents as well as the State, I direct that in case the Civil Court which is in seisin of the dispute and differences between the parties directs for police assistance to be rendered by Inspector-in-charge,

Ketugram P.S. in that case the police authority would respect and obey such order. In the meantime, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace takes place at the locale or any untoward incident crops up because of the inimical relationship between the parties.

Report submitted by the Inspector-in-charge, Ketugram P.S. be kept with the records.

With the above observations, WPA 26260 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
