From the said report it appears that the demarcation work has been concluded and a report along with the sketch map has been prepared. A copy of the report has been supplied to the learned advocate for the petitioners.

The Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Egra-I, Purba Medinipur is directed to forward the said report to the private respondents and the Assistant Engineer, Contai Highway Sub-Division, Public Works (Roads) Department, Purba Medinipur, if not already forwarded within a period of two weeks from date.

The Assistant Engineer, Contai Highway SubDivision, Public Works (Roads) Department, Purba Medinipur being the 6th respondent is directed to consider

the report of the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Egra-I, Purba Medinipur dated 1st December, 2025 and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 28th September, in accordance with law and communicate the reasoned order to the petitioners, the private respondents and any person who may be affected by such decision as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order.

With the above observations, WPA 25909 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There shall be however no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
