Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on August, 2022. There is no change in circumstances since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
