Having regard to the time period which has lapsed since then, I am of the view that the cause of action do not survive. As such, no interference is called for. The petitioner would be entitled to exhaust his remedies before the authorities prescribed under the statute.

Accordingly, WPA 22641 of is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
