Petitioner is not represented. The petitioner was also not represented on the earlier occasion. It appears that the stay was extended for a period of eight weeks from 19th January, 2016 and thereafter there is nothing in the record that the stay was further extended.

In view of above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed further with the case. Let C.R.R. 4102 of 2011 be dismissed for default. The connected application, if any, is also dismissed for default.
