Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, learned advocate who usually appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Learned advocate for the petitioners has prayed for expeditious disposal of Patrasayar P. S. Case No. 140 of 2021 dated 29-12-2021 which is presently pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd court, Bishnupur.

Learned advocate submits that after submission of the chargesheet there is hardly any progress in the case. The records of the case do not reflect that charge till date has not been considered by the learned court. Accordingly, the learned trial court is directed to complete the framing of charge on the next date so fixed or within a fortnight thereafter.

The learned trial court in the circumstances would consider if trial is to be continued and in case the trial is continued, the learned court would fix one date in every two months so that the

trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to either of the parties.

All efforts be taken to conclude the trial at the earliest. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4236 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
