The grievance of the petitioner was not considered in respect of the representation dated 27.09.2010 addressed to the SDPO, Bongaon as well as the Inspector-in-Charge, Bongaon Police Station. Having considered the time period which has lapsed, I am of the view that the cause of action do not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 23045 of 2010 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
