This writ petition relates to appointment in the post of Assistant Teacher in Work Education in the school. The selection process to fill up the post was initiated in 2006. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
