The petitioner complains that an order of injunction passed by the XIII Bench of City Civil Court at Calcutta in T. S. No. 1482 of 2021 has not been complied with by the private respondents.

The petitioner has applied for direction upon the local police under Section 151 of the C.P.C. The said application is pending.

It is directed the XIII Bench of City Civil Court at Calcutta or the Bench-in-Charge of work of XIII Bench shall take up the petitioner's application and dispose of the same in accordance with law within one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order. 5.

The Muchipara Police Station shall strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
