1. At the time of call Mr. Swapan Kumar Pal, learned advocate representing the applicant submits present contempt application was taken out alleging violation of the order dated 29th August, 2022 passed on a writ petition being WPA 18162 of 2022.

2. It is submitted that alleging violation of the same order dated 29th August, 2022 another contempt application was filed being CPAN 1167 of 2023.

3. In view of pendency of subsequent contempt application being CPAN 1167 of 2023 wherein it is alleged that order dated 29th August, 2022 passed by a coordinate Bench is violated, no purpose would be sub-served in keeping this contempt application pending.

4. Present contempt application being CPAN 1242 of 2022 stands dismissed.

5. However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to press another contempt application being CPAN 1167 of 2023.

6. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
