It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite having filed a complaint for illegal and unauthorized construction, the concerned respondents have taken no steps in the matter.

It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there has been inaction on the part of the respondent authorities insofar as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned.

The State respondents are represented and do not object to the prayer for consideration by the respondent nos. 5 and 6 who are the concerned S.D.

authorities to deal with the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the above, WPA 26308 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent nos. 5 and 6 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 8th August, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent nos. 5 and 6 are to act strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation or finding in this order and after hearing all the affected parties.
