For the petitioner The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 4.7.2022,passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-I at Calcutta in Criminal revision 66 of 2020 (Dinesh Agarwal -vs- State of West Bengal and anr.).

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that being aggrieved by the order of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge , City Sessions Court, Fast Track Court-I dated 4th July, 2022 the present revisional application had been preferred .

By the judgment under revision the learned Judge had been pleased to remand the case to the Magistrate and directing him to dispose of the case as per direction of the High Court made on two occasions.

It is now submitted that the accused persons have been acquitted from the said case by a judgment passed by learned Magistrate. The

petitioner herein is the complainant and as such present revision has now become infructuous.

In view of the said fact the present revision is disposed of as infructuous.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
