However, from the RTI reply it appears that with regard to answer the question no.4, the answer is that they can provide the contract copies. However, the same has not been provided.

In light of the same, department is directed to provide the contract copies to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from date.

With these observations, WPA 25470 of 2015 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
