The affidavit of compliance affirmed on 28th February, 2024 which has been filed by the alleged contemnor no.2 in Court today be kept on record.

It appears from the said affidavit that the school authority has submitted the relevant documents together with an affidavit of the petitioner regarding legal heir of Biswanath Bhattacharya and the file has been forwarded to the Director of Pension and Provident for issuing Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner vide office Memo dated 27th February, 2024. In the said affidavit, the alleged contemnor has also prayed for unconditional apology for the delay

caused in this matter. The unconditional apology is accepted by the Court.

Since the order has been complied with by the alleged contemnors, nothing survives to be decided in this contempt application.

Accordingly, contempt application being, C.P.A.N. 1478 of 2023 stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. 6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
