The police case is of June 2, 2011.

The co-accused was enlarged on bail granting more than a year ago.

In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to bring ourselves to hold that the petitioner stands in the same footing.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 5442 of 2022 is dispmissed.
