Accordingly, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 13th March, 2020. However, time to comply with the order dated 13th March, 2020 is extended for a period of four weeks from date.

Debasish Mullick, one of the respondents, appears in person. We request him not to proceed with the execution for a period of four weeks from date.

CAN 3 of 2021 is thus allowed to the aforesaid extent.
