None appears for the petitioners. The State is represented. It appears that on earlier two occasions i.e. on 21st January, 2022 and 10th March, 2022, the petitioners remained unrepresented. It further appears that vide order dated 24th February, 2012, the investigating agency was allowed to proceed with the investigation but stay was granted in respect of filing charge sheet without the leave of the Court.

The matter is pending since 2011. It appears to me that the petitioners are not interested to proceed further with the revisional application.

Let C.R.R. 4132 of 2011 be dismissed for default and the interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. Let a copy of this order be send to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, District 24-Parganas (South) in connection with Basanti P.S. Case No. 525 dated 27.11.2011.
